Last day to submit art to the dirty show

And I did I printed off two huge prints of renderings of “Cards” and “Burlesque finale” each is 20 by 30 inches
I put them in cheap poster frames just so I can take a snap shot of them to submit.
Now I just have to wait and see if they accept it into the show.

In the seed image Luna is wearing glasses, the render has her with a
Geordi La Forge look ;0)
I also like the way it picked up the straps in her shoes
I’m happy with this render.

I started a new render this time for luna Legare. I got the seed photo from ones I took at the 1st Michigan burlesque festival.
This render is only a few hours old but you can already make out her pose. If you squint real small you can almost make her out.

The branching of the render works I can see her face and smile. I’m happy with the results.
I showed a copy to Bella and she liked it ;0) I’m going to see if I can get a copy to her.

Eight days in and I’m not getting enough detail in the face so I’m stopping the render and changing the original seed image. I’m really pumping up the contrast in the face.
My plan is to continue the render with the new seed and hopefully the render will keep what it has done and only change the new details image will continue on with render. We’ll see.

It’s taken 22 days and I don’t see any more benefit from rendering the image.
I can see the hat on the man in the middle, can’t quite make out the bouquet of flowers but with all these renderings if you squint a little you get more detail ;0)

This is four hours into the render, I’m starting to see people on the stage and legs are starting to form.
I can see maybe a proto-face with the beginnings of a nose. Still lots of work for this render.

I was going through some of my old photos and I came across a picture I took of the Finale of the Hells Belles 10th burlesque birthday party.
I love the skewed horizon and the red tint. It might be a little cluttered but I’m going to see how it renders.
